Tonight I have four 1945 no mint mark wheat back pennies to post. I want to make a point about lighting in this post. It may look like the bottom right-hand penny is getting more light, actually it is but it is also the best looking penny in this set. Both the top left hand penny and the bottom right-hand penny are nice light brown colored wheat pennies. The two opposite coins are very dark black and dirty. So it is true that the way I'm taking images with my phone is giving more light to the coins on the right hand side, but not really that much more light.
In reality the bottom right penny would probably be graded in very fine condition or at least it could be considered an example of a very high quality circulated condition coin. I leave that up to the professionals but I think it's a nice find. I just wish it was a bit older and not such a common mintage.
